Accountant in Real Estate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000The company provides commercial services for external clients as well as for affiliated companies.
Highly qualified specialist assistants support management in all administrative, accounting and personnel matters.

Role:
Would you like to apply your experience in real estate accounting in a company with its own real estate portfolio? You can expect a responsible role with a lot of independence and varied topics around real estate accounting.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting of the managed rental properties and administer the associated tenant accounts
You monitor incoming payments, handle the payment transactions and process dunning
You prepare property statements
You prepare VAT returns and consortium accounts
You work closely with property management and the finance team and support other accounting matters
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and several years of experience in real estate accounting
You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications; experience with Immotop is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German
