Design, build and further develop modern workplace solutions for customers
Consulting and technical support for customers as well as handling 3rd-level support cases
Ensuring stable operations as well as continuous optimisation and further development of the system environment
Further development and expansion of the workplace service portfolio based on suitable platforms and technologies
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or business informatics as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in the Citrix environment
Solid experience with virtualised IT environments
Knowledge in the area of Microsoft Cloud is an advantage
Strong customer orientation as well as interest in operations and IT management
Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
