Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning and realisation of demanding HVAC projects
- Responsible for compliance with resources, deadlines, costs and quality
- Preparation of planning, tender and execution documents
- Coordination of the assigned project team
- Customer consultations in the area of integrated overall energy solutions
- Site management
- Competent contact person for clients, architects and planners
- Scheduling of installation teams
Qualifications:
- Building services planner heating, further education at FH/HF level or several years of professional experience in an equivalent position
- Several years of experience in project management
- Networked thinking, confident appearance
- Fluent German language skills
