Lighting Project Manager – Tender Department

We are looking for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne for a start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement:

Take charge of the technical and commercial analysis of lighting tenders, from the received dossier to the submission of the offer. Depending on workload and team needs, also ensure the follow-up of awarded lighting projects. The core of the role remains the processing of tenders.

Your tasks:

• Analyse calls for tenders, plans, specifications, quantities and technical requirements.
• Select suitable luminaires, research equivalent solutions and verify their compliance with project requirements.
• Establish or check measurements and quantities, calculate prices and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Prepare technical datasheets and other documents to be attached to the offers.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to propose relevant solutions to clients.
• For projects assigned to you, ensure technical and administrative follow-up, including contract management, invoicing and compliance with commitments.
• Coordinate luminaire deliveries with logistics and, if necessary, train end users in the use of installed products.
• Provide appropriate technical support to customers as well as the internal team.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, electrical planner or training in lighting
• Experience in tender analysis and offer preparation
• Knowledge of lighting standards and current regulations
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers tailored to client needs
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various stakeholders (clients, architects, installers, suppliers)
• Rigour, autonomy, sense of priorities and ease in collaborating with diverse interlocutors.
