Transports Publics Neuchâtelois SA (transN) originate from the successive mergers of companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Specialising in the operation of a network of rail and road public transport, both urban and regional, we carry 27.5 million passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km of network.

Regulation Manager
Your mission and responsibilities:
You are responsible for the remote monitoring and regulation of bus, trolleybus, funicular, and railway traffic networks using regulation, remote control, and customer information systems.
You take all appropriate measures in the event of breakdowns, accidents, or interruptions of rail/road traffic to ensure safety and minimise the impact on passengers.
You manage advances/delays as well as disruptions and ensure connections and appropriate customer information.
Your profile:
Technical skills:
Holder of a qualifying training, ideally a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee in public transport, railway traffic operator, or bus driver training
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Ideally professional experience in a transport company
Meet the legal requirements governed by the OAASF
Knowledge of German is a plus
Comfortable with IT tools
