Wealth Planner FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Wealth Planner FR / ENG on a permanent 100% contract based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Wealth Planning department of the organisation.

Our client is a very reputable financial company established in Switzerland and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the organisation and the Wealth Planning department;
• Support to Wealth Managers on the overall client wealth approach;
• Wealth structuring for individual and corporate clients;
• Analysis of wealth and estate planning needs;
• Structuring financial and wealth information to facilitate the development of tailored solutions;
• Preparation of clear summary documents for wealth planning files;
• Coordination of the collection of useful information from relevant stakeholders;
• Implementation of customised structures (companies, trusts, foundations) according to the most appropriate jurisdictions;
• Participation in the organisation and follow-up of client files;
• Ensuring rigorous updating of data and file documentation;
• Contribution to the preparation of exchanges in French and English with the relevant contacts;
• Accurate handling of requests to ensure proper file follow-up;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Higher banking or academic education in Law, Economics, Management or Finance;
• STEP Certificate considered an asset;
• Significant and similar experience in Wealth Planning in banks or financial services in Switzerland or Europe;
• Very good knowledge of individual and corporate taxation;
• Good command of IT tools and software;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Rigorous, analytical, synthetic & customer service oriented;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
