- Design and implementation of IT projects for internal and external customers
- Planning and execution of cloud migrations with MS Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Development of technical solution designs for Microsoft 365 projects (SharePoint/Teams/Security & Compliance/Exchange/Endpoint Manager/AutoPilot)
- Maintenance and further development of complex network infrastructures (Fortinet, UniFi etc.)
- Consulting, implementation, and documentation of ICT infrastructures at customers
- Conducting IT security analyses on-site and remotely
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities and successful introduction of new technologies
- Troubleshooting within the incident and problem management process
Qualifications:
- Qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification with appropriate further training
- Solid knowledge in the area of end device and server environments (Windows/Linux), especially in virtualised scenarios
- Expertise and experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, MS Teams, and MS PowerShell
- Extensive know-how in network technologies, especially Fortinet and UniFi
- Practical experience in 2nd & 3rd level support with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Confident command of the German language and good English skills
