You ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of your clients’ IT infrastructures and provide comprehensive support.
In this role, you continuously optimise existing systems and implement modern solutions to increase stability, performance, and availability.
You competently advise clients, analyse technical requirements early, and develop demand-oriented IT concepts based on these.
As a specialist in IT system technology, you take responsibility in projects and independently and efficiently complete smaller assignments.
You ensure clear and comprehensible documentation of system landscapes and actively contribute to ensuring information and process security.
In challenging technical matters, you act as the central contact person and accompany the implementation of sustainable, practical solutions.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or hold an equivalent qualification.
Your technical know-how covers all relevant areas of modern IT infrastructures, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation.
You have practical experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
You work confidently and responsibly with cloud and hybrid environments and possess a strong understanding of technical interrelationships.
Thanks to your analytical thinking, you quickly find practical and efficient solutions even in complex situations.
In dealing with clients, you convince through strong communication skills, service orientation, and a professional appearance. Additionally, you are mobile and hold a category B driving licence.
