Your tasks

  • You welcome customers and assist them in choosing the right vehicle.
  • You complete the rental formalities with them and advise them regarding our additional services.
  • Furthermore, you plan the reservations, organise the provision of vehicles and handle the return of vehicles.

Your profile

  • You love dealing with customers and a lively atmosphere.
  • Service and customer satisfaction are at the centre of your work.
  • Besides professional experience in customer service or a sales role, you can also communicate well in English.
  • You have held a driving licence for passenger cars for more than one year.
  • You handle hectic situations with constant friendliness and composure.
  • You are a dynamic person and used to working independently.
  • As a flexible employee, irregular working hours (including weekends) suit you well.
