About the job
Are you a certified ES technician or building IT specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (home automation technician), with solid experience in IT infrastructures and a true sense of coordination? Do you want to be a key link between IT and the technical management of our state-of-the-art building? This position is made for you, come help shape the workplaces of tomorrow!
The Division of Technologies and Information (DTI) is offering the following position:
IT and Building Applications Coordinator
An essential contributor to the physical mapping of our data centres and the building's network infrastructures, you ensure the updating of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and the DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) solution, while monitoring energy consumption in collaboration with the SFM (Security Facility Management) department. As the technical referent for building applications, you are the primary contact point between the DTI and the SFM.
What awaits you if you join us?
You will alternate between monitoring physical infrastructures (servers, routers, switches, cabling) and the administrative management of your domain: updating the CMDB and DCIM, tracking contractual deadlines, and IT asset management. You will also supervise external service providers' interventions on physical infrastructures. You will handle application disruptions with our partners and suppliers, and contribute, as a responsible digital coordinator, to monitoring the environmental impact of our IT equipment. You will also be involved in cross-functional projects and ensure rigorous documentation organisation in your domain.
Your profile?
With a qualification as an ES technician or building IT specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in IT or home automation, with good knowledge of electricity and computer networks. You have experience in administering DCIM and CMDB solutions, as well as supervision and alarming tools. Understanding the interactions between SFM systems and the IT platforms supporting them is a major asset.
Autonomous and meticulous, especially regarding cloud security aspects, you enjoy teamwork and know how to share your experience. You are available for on-call duty, hold a valid driving licence, and have a clean criminal record. Fluent French is essential; English is an advantage for technical documentation.
Ready to take on this challenge?
We look forward to receiving your application by 11 October 2026: CV, cover letter, work certificates, and copies of diplomas.
