Your field of activity
- You actively shape the digital and organisational development of the LUKS Group and bring the perspective of clinical practice into strategic decisions
- You evaluate and prioritise digital and transformative projects according to strategic relevance, benefit, feasibility and impact and bring these into the relevant decision-making and steering committees
- You identify relevant innovations and trends and develop viable target images and solutions together with the clinic, IT and other partners
- You network professional groups, departments and decision-makers and represent your topics convincingly in strategic committees and innovation networks
Your experience
- You have a university degree at Bachelor or Master level in nursing and bring solid professional experience in clinical practice
- You must have at least one active Epic certification, ideally in the ClinDoc module, and have sound knowledge of clinical information systems and digital technologies
- You have experience in strategy, organisational or transformation work and are confident in agile working methods and complex stakeholder structures
- You think analytically, communicate convincingly and combine clinical requirements with digitalisation and innovation. Very good German and English skills complete your profile
