You want to not only administer modern cloud workplaces but also develop them technically? In this role, you will design Microsoft 365 landscapes, optimise collaboration platforms, and accompany demanding cloud transformations from conception to productive operation.
Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for modern Microsoft 365 and cloud workplace solutions
Architecture, conception, and further development of scalable Microsoft 365 environments
Administration and optimisation of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
Development of modern collaboration and digital workplace solutions
Planning and technical implementation of cloud migrations and tenant transformations
Support of rollouts of new Microsoft 365 services including technical quality assurance
Development of governance, security, and operational models for Microsoft 365 platforms
Automation of administrative processes with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Analysis of complex technical faults and sustainable optimisation of the platform
Consulting business units on the introduction of modern collaboration and productivity solutions
Development of technical concepts for hybrid and cloud-based IT landscapes
Support of change processes around new digital working methods
Management of technical sub-projects and coordination of various IT stakeholders
Continuous evaluation of new Microsoft technologies and their sensible use in the corporate environment
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, cloud engineering, or modern workplace
Solid practical experience with Microsoft 365 and its core cloud services
Very good knowledge in several of the following technologies:
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
Exchange Online
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Graph
Microsoft Defender
Experience with hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
Good knowledge in identity & access management
Experience with PowerShell and ideally Microsoft Graph API
Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance
Analytical and structured working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of technical consulting
Independent working style and willingness to take on technical responsibility
