Your Tasks

You check and bill billing-relevant service, case and guarantee data for completeness, plausibility and tariff compliance – both in individual and mass billing
You carry out invoice corrections, cancellations and re-billings in individual and mass processing
You analyse, process and coordinate queries regarding invoicing as well as complaints and rejections from all billing areas
You take over the professional correspondence and provide telephone information to parents or guardians, insurance companies, IV offices, cantons and other cost bearers

Your Profile

You have completed training and/or further education in the commercial field and bring proven experience from healthcare/health insurance.
You already have experience in applying tariff systems (e.g. Tardoc, outpatient flat rates, SwissDRG, paramedical tariffs)
Due to your high IT affinity, you support us in building and further developing processes.
Your initiative, teamwork skills and quick comprehension characterise your profile.
In addition, you have a confident command of German and good English language skills; of course, further languages are an advantage.
