Responsibility for stable and secure IT services.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the reliable operation of servers, virtualisation environments, storage solutions, and backups.
You install, configure, and maintain workplace devices as well as Microsoft 365 services.
You manage user identities, roles, and permissions and ensure secure access to IT resources.
You analyse and resolve technical faults in 1st and 2nd level support, automate recurring tasks, and document your solutions.
You implement infrastructure improvements, support IT projects, and take turns on-call duty.
Qualifications:
You have completed ICT training or have comparable several years of professional experience.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, workplace engineering, virtualisation, storage, and backup.
You are familiar with hybrid IT landscapes with on-premises systems and Azure services.
Ideally, you have experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible for automation and infrastructure management.
You work independently, structured, and precisely, communicate confidently in German, have technical English skills, and hold a category B driving licence.
