IT System Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. We collaborate with the most exciting Swiss service providers but also successfully cover all in-house positions. We simultaneously provide a network of established companies digitally and transparently through our closed Rocken® Talent Platform.
For our partners to successfully manage their projects, a collaboration of various specialists from the entire platform architecture is required, whether databases, servers, network or security, on-premises, cloud or hybrid.

Responsibilities:
You ensure first- and second-level support for infrastructure, system and access issues
You actively participate in the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services (including Power Automate, Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, MFA and other central cloud services)
You monitor, operate and maintain our entire IT infrastructure including servers, network, WLAN, storage, backup and security
You are responsible for the installation, configuration and entire lifecycle of clients, laptops and mobile devices as well as standard software via Microsoft Intune (primarily in the environment of Windows 11 and iOS)
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology, IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Veeam or comparable technologies
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in spoken and written form
You are able to independently implement standardisation and optimisation projects
You work in a structured manner and have a process- and role-based understanding, especially in the context of the transition from on-premises to cloud solutions
You demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility
Your strong communication and teamwork skills complete your profile
