Payroll Consultant for ABACUS - ERP (m/f/d)

- You work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are optimally met
- You develop rough and detailed plans, conduct project evaluations, and create customised reports for clients
- You are responsible for managing complex customer projects from consulting to implementation of ABACUS products in payroll, HR, and other modules
- You lead training sessions for end users and support teams to ensure smooth system operation
- You develop and implement payroll and human resources concepts to ensure efficient and trouble-free processes
Qualifications:
- You work analytically and possess strong problem-solving skills that help you effectively tackle complex challenges
- You bring comprehensive knowledge of labour law, social security, and withholding tax
- You have solid experience in payroll or HR and a strong interest in IT topics
- You can draw on a completed degree in human resource management or business administration
