- Developing measurement and billing concepts
- Setting up and recording new installations in the billing system
- Preparing energy, water and heating cost statements (VEWA)
- Processing electricity bills in the area of self-consumption and joint self-consumption (ZEV)
- Technical clarifications as well as occasional meetings and on-site property inspections
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and customers
- Technical basic training, ideally in heating, sanitary, electrical or building technology, complemented by commercial experience
- Or
- Commercial training with a strong technical understanding
- Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in the energy sector or in service charge billing
- Good MS Office skills and enthusiasm for learning new systems
- German as mother tongue
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- High service orientation
- A varied and responsible role with a lot of personal responsibility
