Development Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company specialising in the development and manufacture of technical products. The company combines modern manufacturing technologies with innovative solutions and places great emphasis on quality and efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
You take the lead of interdisciplinary development projects and are responsible for their progress from the concept phase to market launch.
You define project goals, coordinate development activities, and keep an eye on costs, schedule, functionality, and quality.
You develop hardware-near software for embedded systems and contribute your technical expertise to the realisation of new products.
You support the development of electronic assemblies, coordinate technical requirements with various stakeholders, and manage collaboration with external partners.
You accompany new technologies and product ideas through to practical implementation, document development results, and assist production with technical challenges and changes.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an electronics technician EFZ and ideally a higher technical education or degree in a technical field.
You have solid practical experience in embedded software development and understand the requirements for managing technical development projects.
You are proficient in programming in C; knowledge of ARM processors is an additional advantage.
You are familiar with development processes for electronic hardware and software and can assess technical requirements holistically.
You convince through an independent and structured way of working, logical thinking, and a strong ability to solve complex technical problems. Additionally, you have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
