Senior Quality Specialist (M/F/D)
Job Summary
As a Senior Quality Specialist (M/F/D) you will be responsible for the release activities and handling of non-conformities of packaging and green coffee.
A day in the life of a Senior Quality Specialist (M/F/D)
- Carry out release activities for packaging materials and ingredients
- Ensure management and follow-up of packaging non-conformities
- Initiate and manage improvement plans with suppliers
- Be the quality contact point for the green coffee area and manage related activities
- Deploy problem-solving approaches
- Conduct internal and external audits
Your strengths for success
- Engineering degree or proven experience in quality or packaging production
- Knowledge of coffee processing is an asset
- Strong interest in fieldwork and sensitivity to quality
- Knowledge of quality systems (SAP, WMS, DMO)
- Problem-solving skills in the field of food risk management
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Recognised leadership skills and proactivity
- Fluent English C1 required (spoken and written)
