Experienced Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager for an active construction office, mainly in Geneva.

Our client, a human-scale construction company, is seeking their next experienced Site Manager to join their teams and work on high-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan the various construction phases of diverse projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor the progress of works with the various project stakeholders
• Prepare sites, schedule meetings and monitor budgets
• Write regular reports
• Participate in negotiation and resolution of technical issues

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Switzerland
• Training in the construction sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with high-end projects is an advantage
