Our client

Your tasks
- In this demanding expert role, you are responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll mandates for a diverse client base. Your responsibilities include:
- Mandate responsibility: Independent management and handling of complex payrolls for various industries and company sizes.
- Payroll processing: Ensuring the entire payroll process from salary changes through processing to payment, including withholding tax, social insurances (AHV, KTG, UVG, PK) and family allowances.
- Consulting: You act as a competent contact person for your clients on all questions regarding salary, social insurance and labour law.
- Year-end tasks: Preparation of salary certificates and execution of year-end processing.
- Process optimisation: Active participation in the digitalisation and further development of payroll services.
Our requirements
- You are a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a passion for payroll accounting. You bring:
- Experience: Several years of solid professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a fiduciary environment.
- Education: A completed commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by specific further training (e.g. social insurance specialist with federal certificate, payroll expert or similar).
- Expertise: Very good knowledge of Swiss labour, tax and social insurance law.
- IT affinity: Confident handling of common payroll accounting programmes (e.g. Abacus, Sage) and MS Office.
- Personality: A high service orientation, absolute discretion and an exact, independent working style characterise you.
