Management Controller
Our client is an international company also based in Geneva, active in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
As part of strengthening its finance teams, we are looking for a Management Controller capable of supporting performance management and providing real support to operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Produce periodic reports and performance analyses
- Monitor key indicators and analyse variances
- Support managers in managing their activities
- Contribute to the improvement of financial tools and processes
- Carry out ad hoc analyses for management
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in finance, accounting or management control
- Proven experience in management control
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable with reporting tools and Excel
- Fluent French, English appreciated.
