ICT Support Specialist 80-100%
Exciting tasks await:
- Support and management of specialised applications and IT services
You monitor, maintain and optimise selected applications and services to ensure their availability and performance. - Installation, configuration and maintenance of end devices
You set up desktop computers, notebooks, mobile devices as well as peripheral hardware, adapt them to the respective requirements and ensure their long-term operation. - Incident and problem management in the service desk
You receive fault reports, check and process incidents, initiate root cause analyses and ensure the consistent implementation of remedial measures. - Participation in cantonal IT projects
You actively contribute the needs of the IT service of the OEL, represent its interests and develop practical solutions for ongoing operations.
What you bring:
- You have completed a professional IT apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or training in the ICT field as well as a completed IT qualification at the level of a federal specialist certificate.
- You have professional experience in incident, problem, change and release management.
- You bring very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, corresponding Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- You enjoy contact with people and collaborating with internal and external bodies as well as other IT organisations.
- You communicate appropriately for the target audience and approach challenges solution-oriented.
- An independent, committed and reliable way of working as well as a high readiness to perform are natural for you.
- You take on responsibility, contribute actively and are willing to develop further professionally and personally and to take on new areas of responsibility.

Your working environment
At the Office for Economy and Labour, we implement federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Services Act (AVG) and labour law (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervising industry and commerce with regard to occupational safety and health protection, advising and mediating job seekers and paying unemployment benefits to eligible persons.
