Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Property management with tradition and foresight - that is what the Rocken partner is about. Responsibilities:
- You take care of the coding and posting of creditor invoices.
- The preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of your portfolio is your responsibility.
- You manage tenant accounts including dunning and debt collection.
- You prepare final statements for former tenants.
- You perform reconciliations and various control tasks in property accounting.
- You respond to enquiries from internal and external contacts.
- You participate in projects.
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial qualification.
- You have professional experience in the real estate sector.
- Good IT user skills, especially in MS Office programmes.
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form.
