Senior Microsoft 365 & IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) as well as endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot).
Leading IT projects such as cloud migrations, security initiatives or the introduction of AI and automation solutions in close collaboration with the Head of IT.
Deputising for the Head of IT with corresponding decision-making and leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth IT operations.
Implementation of security & compliance requirements with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike and other modern security solutions.
Collaboration with internal departments and external IT partners as well as support in related infrastructure topics (network, server, cloud).
Qualifications:
Education or degree (HF/FH) in computer science or comparable qualification with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Security) as well as in leading IT projects, ideally in a regulated industry.
Independent, structured and responsible working style with a high awareness of quality, security and compliance.
Teamwork, strong communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality and resilience.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills (at least B2).
