IT Support Engineer Specialising in M365 (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring and further developing an efficient IT and cloud infrastructure
Supporting and resolving IT issues for employees and customers
Advising on technical questions and challenges
Planning, leading and implementing IT projects
Introducing and integrating new systems and technologies
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud)
Strong service orientation, communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience in supporting and further developing Microsoft environments
Motivation for professional development in the M365 environment
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
