Construction Project Manager Chur (m/f, 80-100%)

Exciting construction projects with a lot of personal responsibility from A to Z

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Management and coordination of demanding construction projects from planning to handover
• Organisation, control and monitoring of all construction processes
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality
• Contact person for clients, authorities, planners and contractors
• Leadership and coordination of all internal and external project participants
• Participation in the optimisation of planning and execution processes
• Ensuring efficient and economical implementation
• Collaboration on diverse new build, conversion and renovation projects

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Training as a construction site manager, HF construction technician, FH/ETH architect or equivalent
• Experience in project or construction management in building construction is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs, deadlines and quality
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Assertiveness and organisational talent
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
