Responsibilities:
Processing international customer orders and invoicing
Entering orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
Handling customs formalities: transport by land, air and sea
Monitoring dangerous goods transports
Securing payments in foreign trade such as letters of credit and documentary collection
Administrative and organisational support of the team
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in export, e.g. export clerk or certified foreign trade specialist
Professional experience in export and order processing
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics in the area of dangerous goods is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German and English (French is an advantage)
Precise, efficient and independent working is expected
