SFM-Cosmos AG, based in Pratteln, is a leading Swiss merchandising agency owned by a family. For many years, we have been active throughout Switzerland for renowned beauty brands such as L'Oréal, Maybelline and Essence.

For the Lausanne area we are looking for a flexible and independent personality as

Merchandiser with Team Leader Role (40%) for international beauty & cosmetics brands

Your tasks:

• Managing your own sales outlets including attractive product presentation, replenishing and maintaining brand displays
• Implementing layout and assortment changes
• Handling administrative tasks such as visit reports and deployment plans
• Providing professional support to a team of about 10 merchandisers in Western Switzerland
• Training new employees
• Ensuring quality standards

You bring with you:

• You live in the Lausanne region and are proficient in German and French
• Experience in merchandising, retail or field service
• Initial leadership experience or interest in leadership responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• You are flexible and take on holiday cover when needed
• Good IT skills
• Driving licence category B
