Our partner is a company active in the life sciences field, developing solutions for various sectors. Driven by a culture of innovation, quality, and operational excellence, it relies on recognised expertise in a highly regulated sector. It is currently seeking an HSE Specialist Industrial Site capable of managing the entire health, safety, and environmental scope at its production site.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across all production, quality control, logistics, and engineering areas
- You investigate incidents, near misses, and hazardous situations, then lead root cause analyses and corrective actions until their full closure
- You ensure the site’s compliance with environmental regulations and oversee indicator monitoring, waste management, and chemical storage
- You maintain the site emergency plan, coordinate fire drills, and lead first aid and intervention teams
- You design and deliver safety training, awareness sessions, and HSE inductions for operators, supervisors, and managers
- You act as a visible HSE reference point on site and help evolve the site from mere compliance to a genuine culture of ownership
You offer your new employer
- You hold a degree in HSE, engineering, natural sciences, or an equivalent field
- You have a recognised HSE certification, obtained or in progress
- You are fluent in French; English and German are an asset
- You have several years of HSE experience, ideally in a regulated industrial environment, and are familiar with Swiss legislation
- You are a hands-on person, autonomous, comfortable in dialogue with teams, and recognised for your ability to unite people around safety issues
