Construction Cost Planner (m/f/d)

- Preparation of detailed cost plans for construction projects
- Identification and assessment of cost risks
- Monitoring project budgets and developing measures for cost control
- Collaboration with project teams to ensure budget compliance
- Analysis of cost deviations and development of countermeasures
- Reporting to management and project stakeholders
- Updating cost forecasts during the project course
- Evaluation of tender documents and bids
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in construction cost planning
- Knowledge of cost management software
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Teamwork and resilience
- Fluent German language skills
