Role:
For an established company in the real estate sector, we are looking for an experienced individual for the comprehensive management of a diverse portfolio with a focus on residential properties. You combine professional property management with leadership, consulting, and a strong sense of the needs of owners and tenants.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio with a focus on residential properties
You lead and develop your employees and ensure professional collaboration within the team
You support owners and tenants and advise them on all matters concerning their properties
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts and the financial control of the portfolio
You manage maintenance, repair and renovation work and coordinate external service providers
You handle rental contract and rent adjustments and advise owners on rent policy questions
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management or a comparable further qualification
You have several years of experience in property management as well as sound knowledge of tenancy law
You possess good construction knowledge and experience in managing maintenance and renovation work
You communicate professionally in German
