Export & Order Management Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You check export documents and coordinate the required paperwork according to country and transport regulations.
Maintaining customer portals, master data and documents is within your area of responsibility.
You review contract documents such as confidentiality agreements and delivery conditions for notable clauses.
In case of legal uncertainties or special risks, you consult the responsible specialist departments.
You handle requirements related to information security, sustainability and other compliance topics.
In communication with customers, project management and sales, you coordinate administrative clarifications.
You support the sales team with order processing and organisational tasks.
By revising templates and workflows, you improve the quality of administrative processes.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable professional qualification.
Professional experience in export, internal sales or commercial contract processing is an advantage.
Good knowledge of handling customer portals and digital documentation processes.
You recognise unusual contract provisions and refer critical issues to the responsible departments.
An exact, independent and well-organised working style characterises you.
In contact with customers and internal contacts, you act service-oriented and reliably.
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Very good German and business fluent English skills; French skills are a plus.
