Exciting tasks await:

• As part of the operational IT service, you act as the contact person for IT concerns of the users of the State Chancellery.
• You make an important contribution to first- and second-level support for the applications used in the canton.
• You set up IT workstations, maintain hardware and peripheral devices, and resolve technical faults.
• You participate in the operation, maintenance, and further development of the applications used, engage in IT and digitalisation projects, and document solutions and processes for the team.
• You support updates, software releases, and tests, contributing to stable IT operations.

What you bring:

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, IT supporter, system technician, or equivalent).
• Experience in IT support or a comparable generalist role, as well as enjoyment in direct contact with users.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT workstation support; experience with ticketing or ITSM systems is an advantage.
• Interest in various applications and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems and tasks.
• An independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork.
