Maintenance / Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the all-round talent for everything to do with the building! Your mission? To ensure that our properties in the Rapperswil-Jona region are always in top condition.

Your tasks:

• Window cleaning and façade cleaning - you ensure clear views

• Snow clearance in the winter months - so everyone can travel safely

• General caretaker duties and maintenance

• Minor repairs and upkeep work

• Inspection and care of the outdoor areas

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:30, occasionally also Saturdays

What do I need to be successful?

• Driving licence category B (mandatory for manual transmission vehicles)

• Ideally, you live near Rapperswil-Jona

• Reliability and an independent working style

• Manual skills and enjoyment of varied tasks

• Weatherproof and hands-on - in sun, rain and snow

• Experience in caretaking or building cleaning is an advantage but not essential - we will gladly train you!
