Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work at the heart of production and be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines.
On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Programming 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines and preparing manufacturing files.
- Performing machine setups, adjustments and production launches.
- Monitoring machining operations and ensuring the conformity of produced parts.
- Carrying out necessary inspections and ensuring traceability of manufacturing data.
- Analysing technical problems encountered in production and implementing necessary corrections.
- Participating in the optimisation of programmes, machining processes and working methods.
- Collaborating closely with production, methods, quality and industrialisation teams to improve practices and technical documentation.
Job requirements:
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training.
- You have proven experience in programming and setting up CNC milling machines.
- You have a good command of reading plans and control methods.
- You are familiar with the requirements of high-precision machining, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and production data monitoring.
- Autonomous, precise and rigorous, you have an eye for detail and good analytical skills.
- You enjoy teamwork and can communicate with various stakeholders.
- You speak French fluently.
