Network and Systems Technician (m/f/d)
Role:
A stable IT infrastructure does not arise by itself. As a network and systems technician, you ensure that clients, servers and networks run reliably. You are the first point of contact for internal and external users as well as for external system managers. You can expect a varied role with plenty of customer contact, technical breadth and room for your own improvement ideas.
Responsibilities:
You install, configure and maintain clients, servers, networks and firewalls.
With the monitoring of the network environment, you ensure smooth operation.
You support external system managers as well as internal and external end users with all IT concerns.
Furthermore, you analyse hardware and software problems and resolve faults quickly and sustainably.
In addition, you implement and manage IT security measures.
You also manage the ticket system and further develop the IT infrastructure together with your team.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a systems technician with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of practical experience in operating systems, networks and security solutions.
Your working style is precise, structured and efficient, and service orientation is natural to you.
You feel comfortable dealing with people and gladly take on responsibility.
As a reliable and team-oriented personality, you tackle tasks with a hands-on mentality.
Additionally, you communicate in German at a native level and are confident in English.
