Clerk Export & Customer Service 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Processing international customer enquiries and preparing corresponding sales offers.
Monitoring all order phases until timely delivery.
Coordinating freight forwarders and aligning international delivery dates.
Checking customs and export documentation according to applicable regulations.
Recording and updating customer information and sales data in the ERP system.
Handling incoming complaints in cooperation with the responsible departments.
Providing administrative support to export sales for existing customers and new market areas.
Performing general commercial tasks within the export organisation.
Qualifications:
Professional experience in export administration, order processing or international customer service.
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system.
Commercial understanding of international delivery and business processes.
Strong customer orientation in dealing with international contacts.
Structured working method and independent prioritisation of daily tasks.
Organisational skills and reliable coordination of various business processes.
Team spirit, flexibility and resilience in operational day-to-day business.
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
