Ensuring the technical availability of systems (cooling, ventilation, fire alarm, vacuum and RLT systems, air conditioning units, compressed air compressors, technical gases, wastewater systems)
Troubleshooting and reducing downtime
Maintenance and optimisation of the machinery and processes
Maintenance of the maintenance programme and documentation of systems
Coordination with external service providers and procurement of spare parts
Qualifications:
Completed technical training (sanitary, heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical or mechanical)
Initial professional experience in maintenance is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
Willingness for on-call duty and extraordinary assignments
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
