ICT System Specialist Workplace (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 110,000Our Rocken partner is the central IT service provider for public-law institutions – from administrations to hospital networks, educational institutions, and the police. They manage a variety of complex customer environments with professional ICT solutions and ensure a stable digital infrastructure. The range of services includes electronic workplaces, IT infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, as well as project support and consulting. Responsibilities:
- You work on the further development of digital workplaces and optimise cloud-based workplace solutions with a focus on Windows.
- You efficiently resolve processes and special requirements through automation, for example with PowerShell scripts.
- As part of 3rd-level support, you are responsible for incident, change, and problem management.
- You are responsible for the design, setup of the new solution, and rollout in the MDM project.
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training in the IT field (further education at HF level is an advantage).
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Windows client & server environment.
- You have a passion for Apple devices (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS).
- You bring knowledge in the area of Mobile Device Management.
- You have practical experience with Microsoft Cloud (Intune, O365, EntraID).
