You do not see AI as a pilot project but as an architecture with impact. In this position as Head of AI & Digital Strategy, you set the technological framework for automation, data utilisation, and generative assistance systems throughout the company. The role is anchored close to the management, with real scope for design and budget responsibility. Responsibilities:
You define the AI and digitalisation strategy and derive a prioritised, measurable roadmap from it.
You technically and economically evaluate use cases around Microsoft 365 (M365), Copilot scenarios, and process automation and lead them to implementation.
Furthermore, you establish an AI governance model with clear guidelines on data protection, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements.
You orchestrate collaboration between departments, IT, compliance, information security, and external technology partners.
Additionally, you build enablement formats and a network of internal multipliers.
You also report to management and make benefits, risks, and progress comprehensible.
Qualifications:
You have many years of experience in AI, automation, or transformation programmes with demonstrable value creation.
You master cloud platforms, data architectures, Microsoft 365, and modern automation technologies at a conceptual level.
You have already developed strategies and been responsible for complex, cross-departmental projects.
You assess regulation, data protection, and information security both thoroughly and pragmatically.
You argue clearly and convincingly in dialogue with decision-makers and technical teams.
You also negotiate confidently in German and use English fluently in technical exchanges.
