Responsibilities:
- You manage multiple projects and bear primary responsibility for budget and schedule
- You plan resources and coordinate capacities to meet milestone deadlines
- You monitor and coordinate project execution across departments, partners and customers
- You communicate project updates and delays to internal teams and customers
- You participate in sprint prioritisation, planning and update meetings
- You organise project kick-off, update and closing meetings with customers
- You create and maintain project plans in project management tools
- You process orders in the internal ERP system and manage component purchasing plans
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, complemented by a degree in business administration or project management
- You bring two years of professional experience in a customer-oriented project management role
- You are a strong team player with a proactive, flexible and responsible personality
- You possess a high level of social competence and assertiveness
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
