Your Mission
You manage heating projects from A to Z, focusing on energy refurbishments and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps.
Heating Project Manager – 100%
You are responsible for:

Planning, organising and fully supervising construction sites, respecting deadlines, quality, costs and safety regulations.

Coordinating all resources and stakeholders: technical sales staff, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors and assembly teams.

Administrative and financial monitoring of projects (reports, measurements, work orders, cost control, technical documentation).

Main interface with clients, architects, property managers, project owners and partners throughout the implementation phase.

Providing your technical expertise on heat pumps, heat distribution systems and modern energy solutions, especially in renovation contexts.

Supervising, training and developing the skills of employees and apprentices.

Continuous improvement of working methods, as well as compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Your Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a heating installer or equivalent training; higher education (federal diploma as project manager, foreman or equivalent) is an advantage.

Proven experience in managing heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy refurbishment.

Strong technical knowledge of modern heating systems, particularly heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings.

Confidence in financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to mobilise teams around common goals.

Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and interest in sustainable technical solutions.

Sensitivity to the challenges of the energy transition and curiosity about new heating technologies.

Proficiency with common computer tools.

Driving licence essential.

100% availability for the position, with regular presence on construction sites and within the company.
