About the job
Your new crowd
Over the past 10 years, we at crowdhouse (Switzerland) AG have evolved from one of the most successful start-ups to one of the most significant real estate asset managers in Switzerland. We have revolutionised property ownership and made the purchase and sale of investment properties transparent, accessible, and efficient through our proprietary software. With a transaction volume of over CHF 2 billion, we now manage a real estate portfolio worth more than CHF 1.5 billion.
We are now facing our next growth phase. Our mission is not only to talk about the housing shortage and rising rents but to actively create affordable housing. As specialised asset and investment managers, we raise capital from private investors and invest it in profitable, sustainable, and above all fair real estate projects. Only by building additional homes can the demand caused by strong immigration be met and the price spiral stopped. Together with our clients as property investors, we can and will make a difference. For this, we need you!
