The Fribourg Mental Health Network (RFSM) is attached to the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs (DSAS). The RFSM brings together the canton’s public outpatient, intermediate, mobile and inpatient psychiatric services and ensures the quality of psychosocial care for the bilingual population of the canton of Fribourg.
A public law institution, the RFSM employs more than 800 staff across around forty professions at six sites in the canton of Fribourg. As a recognised training centre, it annually welcomes more than a hundred students and trainees in various study programmes.

Within this important support role, you closely assist the general management with organisational, administrative and editorial tasks. You will notably undertake the following activities:
- Thanks to your excellent writing and summarising skills, you draft various types of documents, including minutes of the Board of Directors and the Management Board, as well as various reports
- You coordinate various meetings and carry out the different tasks arising from these sessions: correspondence, information transmission, file follow-up
- You manage various institutional administrative tasks, notably related to training coordination in liaison with the executive secretaries of the relevant departments
- You organise various events on behalf of the General Management
- You undertake specific mandates related to the administration of our institution as needed
- You hold a higher administrative qualification and have several years of successful and proven experience in a similar role
- You have a strong interest in the mission and values of the RFSM and can work flexibly and comfortably in a demanding environment
- You are a reliable and trustworthy person, aligned with the objectives of the Management and entrusted with sensitive files
- You have excellent skills in drafting minutes
- You are proficient with common IT tools
- You have excellent oral and written expression in French and German (B2)
