Client & Server System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, you design reliable, future-oriented, and individual IT solutions for various requirements. You take responsibility for the professional operation of IT systems and ensure they remain stable, secure, and up to date. With your expertise, you advise clients personally and confidentially and contribute to realising long-term solutions. You analyse existing environments, plan optimisations, and implement them technically with precision. Through your structured approach and professionalism, you ensure that IT projects are implemented efficiently and supported sustainably.
Responsibilities:
You support SME clients in the areas of client, server, network, and internet
In this role, you install and configure IT systems and security solutions and introduce them
As a Client & Server System Engineer, you install and operate Microsoft 365 as well as other cloud solutions
You accompany migration projects between on-premise environments and the cloud
In this role, you handle support requests on-site, electronically, and by phone
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or an equivalent qualification
You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft products such as server, client, Office, and Microsoft 365
You have practical experience with virtualisation solutions, especially Hyper-V
You are familiar with networking including internet, firewall, VPN, and VLAN
You work solution-oriented and independently, are customer-focused, and integrate quickly into a team
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and have basic English skills
