ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Develop modern IT infrastructures, support customers in demanding projects, and successfully implement technical solutions: In this versatile position, you take responsibility for cloud, infrastructure, and workplace projects. You will work with modern Microsoft technologies and assist customers in further developing their IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace projects
Technical responsibility in client, workplace, and migration projects
Administration and further development of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Teams
Planning and implementation of client lifecycle projects with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Autopilot
Migration and modernisation of hybrid and cloud-based customer environments
Operation and further development of Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid IT environments
Participation in network, security, and backup projects
Conducting technical analyses and recording existing IT infrastructures
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Support during customer onboardings and operational takeovers
Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support for more complex technical issues
Direct customer support on site
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid environments
Ideally experience with Intune, Endpoint Management, Autopilot, or Microsoft Security
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as servers and storage, networking, firewalls, or backup solutions is an advantage
Experience in implementing customer projects, ideally in the IT services sector
Ability to analyse IT infrastructures in a structured manner and document them comprehensibly
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and regular on-site assignments
Driving licence category B
