Clerk in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual for a varied role in finance and accounting. In this position, you will deal with various tasks in accounting and work with different internal interfaces. You will take responsibility for the ongoing day-to-day business and support the reliable handling of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You process accounts payable invoices and expenses and coordinate payment runs
You assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You handle intercompany postings and carry out the corresponding reconciliations
You reconcile balance sheet accounts and clarify discrepancies
You support accounts payable and general ledger as well as internal and external audits
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable qualification and ideally further training in Finance & Accounting
You bring initial practical experience in accounting and are particularly familiar with the processes of accounts payable and general accounting
You work confidently with MS Office and Excel and ideally have already worked with ERP systems
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills both spoken and written
