System Technician IT Support (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Handling IT requests in first and second-level support, including escalation for complex faults
Preparation and follow-up of technical tasks in the context of onboarding and offboarding
Cooperative collaboration with departments for rapid fault resolution
Analysis and improvement of support processes with a focus on efficiency and automation
Documentation and maintenance of technical content for internal knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
Confident handling of various operating systems such as iOS, Windows, macOS and Android
Experience with modern SaaS solutions such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Jira
Very good German language skills
