A 100% Facility Technical Coordinator

Your mission:

· You plan, manage and control the technical activities of the buildings you are responsible for in partnership with the on-site teams

· You are the technical and administrative contact for the teams under your charge (your team) in collaboration with the site managers

· You provide support functions to the on-site teams and all our clients

· You ensure the quality and safety of the technical services provided by your teams and partners

· You organise and structure operational actions: negotiation with suppliers, scheduling of actions to be taken, qualitative monitoring of expected results

· You develop and maintain a quality and trustful relationship with the teams and clients entrusted to you while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

· You operate throughout French-speaking Switzerland

You support the Regional Facility Account Manager (the manager of the technical department)

Your strengths:

· You have recognised multi-technical skills and are considered a key player in infrastructure maintenance

· You have a strong customer service sense and are attentive to their expectations and needs

· You know how to manage and coordinate professional teams to guarantee the quality of services provided

· You are respected for your professional expertise and solution-oriented technical skills

· You demonstrate flexibility in organising the department

Your profile:

· You have proven experience in the technical field

· You hold a diploma in the building sector, ideally HVAC (electrician, electrotechnician, HVAC…)

· You are autonomous, organised and methodical with a good team spirit

· You communicate well with your various interlocutors

· You adapt well to different working environments

· You are flexible in the tasks assigned to you

· You have recognised experience in team management

· You are comfortable with IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CMMS

· The ISO system is a reference for you

· You are flexible with working hours

· You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues

· (You are used to working in a 100% digital environment)
